Insulation
Did you know that up to a quarter of heat is lost through the roof of an uninsulated home?! It is so important to ensure your home is properly insulated to reduce heat loss, save energy and money!
Even if your roof is insulated, it may need upgrading. Current Building Regulations require a roof to achieve a U-value of 0.16 W/m2K and for insulation to be a minimum of 270mm in thickness.
